This is the perfect course for a student that want’s to find out what Karate is all about and if it something they want to pursue. Discover the dynamic art of Shorin Ryu Karate which cultivates strength, flexibility, and focus while helping your child develop an understanding of martial arts principles! This immersive experience combines traditional Okinawan martial arts techniques with modern training methods to enhance physical fitness, mental discipline, and self-defense skills. Parents are welcome to step on the mat with their child as well.
No equipment necessary, but uniforms will be available for purchase.
Open to ages 6 & up.
