Samurai Circuit
Designed to improve your strength, flexibility and cardio vascular fitness, these classes are great for both the martial artist and the non-martial artist alike. Samurai Circuit puts a twist on the traditional boring circuit workout with unique and fun exercises that focus on building practical muscle. This class will uses destabilization exercises, body weight exercises, and traditional martial arts training exercises (hojo undo) help develop you and your body into what you want it to be. Cardio Kickboxing
Cardio Kickboxing provides a high intensity cardio class that lets you get the weeks frustrations out as you pound on a punching bag with a friend. Taught by our black belt instructors, you will also have the chance to learn proper form in your striking to take the workout to a whole new level.
