Designed to improve your strength, flexibility and cardio vascular fitness, these classes are great for both the martial artist and the non-martial artist alike. Samurai Circuit puts a twist on the traditional boring circuit workout with unique and fun exercises that focus on building practical muscle. This class will uses destabilization exercises, body weight exercises, and traditional martial arts training exercises (hojo undo) help develop you and your body into what you want it to be. While Yin poses focus on holding postures to work flexibility the Vinyasa part of the practice will provide a gentle flow to blend your breath and movement creating a mindful practice.
